By creating an account or using StockIntake, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
StockIntake is a cloud-based inventory intake tool that identifies products from barcodes and manages inventory sessions. We provide software as a service (SaaS) with features varying by subscription tier.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Your inventory data belongs to you. We store it securely in Google Firebase and use it only to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
When you scan a product, the product information (description, brand, pricing) may be added to our shared UPC library to improve results for all users. No personally identifiable information or business-specific data is included in the shared library.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (eBay, Google, Firebase) or factors outside our control.
StockIntake is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StockIntake after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
